Admission Criteria

For KG & Gr 1

• Admission for students in KG & Gr.1 will be based on direct assessments. The School committee interacts with the child before announcing their final decision.
• Preference will be given to siblings of existing students.
• Age requirements are a regulatory requirement and need to be strictly adhered to. Parents and guardians will be responsible for its compliance.
• Admissions are granted based on the age of the child as on the 31st March in the year in question.
• Acceptable Proof of age documents are passport / birth certificate.

For G2 – G9

• Aptitude Tests will be conducted. The Application Form with supporting documents have to be submitted to the admission office of the school before the entrance test can be administered.
• Based on the results of the entrance test, students and parents may be asked to meet with the senior leadership team.
• Common Entrance Test papers are set for subjects like English & Mathematics.

For G11

• Admission to grade XI will be based on Grade X board exam results and the entrance tests done at the school. Admissions are subject to availability of seats and will be offered strictly on merit.
• Special appointments will be given for overseas candidates to coincide with their availability in the UAE.

  • Mother (First Page + Valid Visa Page + Address Page)
• Colored copies of both the sides of EID of the Student, Parent / Guardian
• Colored copy of student’s Medical Insurance Card
• Attested colored copy of Birth Certificate – Notary requirements
  • Birth Certificate issued in UAE – notarized by foreign affairs
  • Birth Certificate issued outside UAE- – notarized by:
    • Country’s Home Department
    • Respective Embassy, Abu Dhabi.
    • Foreign Affairs, Abu Dhabi.
• Original Transfer Certificate – Notary requirments
  • Inside Abu Dhabi – Online Transfer – eSIS
  • Outside Abu Dhabi
    • The respective emirate
    • ADEC
• Outside UAE-
  • District Educational Officer of the particular syllabus/Section Officer, Regional Office
  • Respective Embassy, Abu Dhabi
  • Foreign Affairs, Abu Dhabi
• Last Progress Report of the child if previously in school
• A complete Health Form of the child with copies of Immunization records
• A recent Water & Electricity Bill as proof of address.
