Step 1 – Submit Application via our Online Portal
Before starting your application, please check our Admissions Availability to understand if the year group you are applying for is open.
Applications must be submitted via the Online Admissions Portal (Dubai British School Jumeirah Park) and must include all required documentation.
Step 2 – Pay the Application Fee
In order for your application to be processed and an assessment booked, you are required to submit the one-time application fee payment of AED 525. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
You can make the payment for this fee via bank transfer. Our bank details can be found below;
Please contact our Operations Officer at Dubai British School Jumeirah Park, +971 (0)4 552 0247, ext 602 for account details to make bank transfers.
Step 3 – Book an Assessment with the Admissions Team
Once the application fee has been received, the Admissions Team will be in touch with you regarding booking an assessment for your child.
Students may be required to sit an additional assessment if the Academic Team feel that they may benefit from additional learning support.
Overseas Assessments – If you are applying from overseas, our Admissions Team will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps in the process.
For all applicants, we will contact your child’s current school for a reference.
Step 4 – Once your assessment is complete, the Academic Team will review your child’s application, and if we can offer a place, you will receive an offer letter and an invoice to pay the registration fee.
If an offer of a place is made, parents have 5 working days to return acceptance paperwork and pay a non-refundable registration fee which will be deducted from the joining term’s fees.
If the school is operating a waitlist in the year group that you are applying to, your child will be added to the waiting pool and you will be notified once a place becomes available. Regretfully, we can’t guarantee placements for all children on the waitlist.
