Online Admission

Ta’allum Academies’ new Student Application Process is now fully online. It’s very simple and can be completed in 3 easy steps WITHOUT MAKING ANY PAYMENT at the time of applying online. The application must be completed in English only.

You can use single parent Login to monitor all your kids’ application across all Ta’allum Academies such as Al Jazeera Academy, Al Maha Academy for Boys & Al Maha Academy for Girls.

Step 1
Prior to Starting the Online Application form, please ensure below documents are scanned and ready to upload. System accepts Documents in File Types: jpg, pdf, doc, docx Formats. Please make sure your file size is not more than 5 MB.

• Copy of Father’s, Mother’s & Student’s Qatari ID (if the QID is under process in MOI for Non Qataris, please attach the copy of Resident or work Visa of parents & Students.).
• Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate.
• Copy of Student’s Passport.
• Copy of Previous School Report (Optional for KG 1 & KG 2).

(All necessary original documents including above must be submitted to registration office at the time of Entrance Assessment).

Step 2
When you click Apply Now you need to register as new parent or LOGIN with Existing username if you already have a login detail. You can also reset the password by clicking Forgot password option.

Step 3
From the home page, click “Fill a new application form”, select your preferred school under Ta’allum Group & start applying with all mandatory information (*) and documents.

Withdrawal Procedures

Below are the procedures for withdrawing a student from Al-Jazeera Academy

• Inform us when your child will be leaving as early as possible.
• The parent must complete the Withdrawal Form available on the school website.
• The parent or legal guardian must send the Withdrawal Form to Admissions Office.
• The parent must send the Vacancy Letter to the Admissions Office.
• If the reason for withdrawal is leaving the country, the parent must submit a letter of explanation to the Admissions Office.

To complete the withdrawal procedures, the parent must verify all outstanding obligations

• Payment of all financial obligations must be paid.
• If the student has library books, they must be returned to the school.

Notes

It is essential that the Withdrawal Procedure is fully completed to avoid any delays/conflicts.

No school records will be released to the parents/guardians until the Withdrawal Process has been completed and the financial account fulfilled.

Upon completion of the Withdrawal Procedure, the Admissions Team will do the following

• Unblock the student who was having financial obligations from the system of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
• Send the final school report to the parent.
• Withdraw the student officially from the school system.
• Withdraw the student officially from the system of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
• Once a Student is withdrawn, He/She will be considered as NEW if the parent wants to Re- register the student. Thus, Entrance Exam & Registration fees will be applicable upon Re- registration.
