Admission Process
Registration & Admission
Please feel welcome to arrange an appointment for a visit during our regular school working days and witness the vibrancy and excitement that thrive within the premises of TCS.
- To proceed with the registration, please contact our Registrar during our working hours, from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. All the necessary registration forms are readily available at the school.
- It is important to note that the minimum age requirement for admission to kindergarten is three years as of 1st September.
- While there are no formal entrance tests for kindergarten, we require an interview with parents and students as part of the admission process.
- We conduct entrance tests for students applying for admission from Years 1 to 10. In addition, a personal interview is also performed to ensure a thorough evaluation.
School enrollment procedures.
- Collect a pre-registration form directly from the school.
- Complete the pre-registration form and submit it to the Registration Office, along with the required supporting documents such as photographs, copies of passport and residence permit, etc.
- The Registrar will carefully review the application form and assess the availability of a place based on your child's age.
- An assessment visit will be arranged upon payment of a non-refundable assessment fee. This visit will involve a meeting with the Principal or Head of Section and an entrance test for students in Years 1 to 10.
- The results of the interviews/examinations will typically be provided on the same day. If your child meets the required standards, they will be invited to join the school.
- Upon acceptance of the offered place, you must sign a declaration form and make payments, including the non-refundable registration fee, first-term tuition fee, textbook and uniform costs (and transportation fee, if applicable), and a refundable cautionary deposit.
Please note that the school reserves the right to decline enrollment if it deems unable to address a child’s educational and social needs fully or if a student’s values do not align with the school’s ethos.
Suppose parents withdraw their child from school due to leaving Qatar without intentions of returning. In that case, the term’s fees will be forfeited, regardless of the number of days the child has attended during the term.
It is important to note that students have no automatic promotion from Year 3 to Year 13.
