Parents who wish to enroll their children must fill out the application form online. The registration link will be shared (on the dates of the registration for each grades).

Parents who want to register will need to submit:

  • 2 personal photos
  • Copy of a Valid CPR (both sides) and Passport of the students applying from both sides
  • Non-refundable registration fee of BHD 30
  • Copy of a valid CPR (both sides) for both parents
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of vaccination certificate for applicants from KG1 - Grade 3
  • Copy of report cards for the last two years and the last semester for this current year.

ADMISSIONS & REGISTRATION

All new students are required to sit for an entrance test to check their Math and language (Arabic and English) skills and may be asked to take part in an interview with a senior administrator.

If space permits and the student meets the expectations of the school, parents will be notified of their child’s acceptance. At this point, a non-refundable registration fee must be paid to secure the place. If there is no space in a class and the student meets the expectations of the school, parents will be notified that their child has been placed on the waiting list. Only when a space opens is the registration fee to be paid.

Parents who enroll their child in the school agree to accept school policies. Application forms will be accepted during the month of February (KG1), March (KG2 – G11) but no decisions will be made with regard to acceptance until the registration period has been completed for students already enrolled in the school.

Registration Requirements for new students

Registration will be online by filling the online form.

Paper copies needed:

  • Child Digital Personal Photo
  • Child Passport
  • Child CPR copy front and
  • Mother CPR copy front and
  • Father CPR copy front and
  • Copy of Birth
  • Vaccinations Certificate copy.
  • Any health conditions proof.
  • If the new student is registering for Grade 2 to Grade 12, the latest transcripts (at least last 2 years for those registering for Grade 3 ongoing) should be provided with the papers.
  • If the parents are separated, recent (within the last 2 years) custody proof paper should be provided by the applying parent.
  • 30BD entrance exam should be paid with the application.
  • The exam/interview will test Arabic, English, Math, and basic comprehension. It will be scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks from the application.
  • After approval, 75 BD for confirming the registration and 100 BD (first payment) should be paid. Otherwise, the seat will be given to another student.
