Admissions Requirements
ABS offers admission to both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking students. At this time we are unable to offer admission to students with special educational needs, or behavioral issues.
This page provides all the information necessary for parents regarding applying to ABS. The application form and parent checklist can be found on the right hand side pane.
In order to start the application process, download the Application Form and the Parent Checklist. Completely fill out these documents and submit them to the Admissions Office together with the required items. Contact us for information about our opening hours and school tours.

Application and Registration Documents Required
Transferring from a local school in Kuwait
- Application form
- Parent checklist
- 50KD Application fee (non-refundable) – Entrance Assessment at Oxford Learning Center
- Personal Interview for MS/HS students
- Two recent photos of student (passport size)
- Copy of student's passport
- Civil ID copy (Child - Father - Mother)
- Copy of student's birth certificate
- 2 most recent ORIGINAL report cards from grade KG-2 and above
- Behavior report previous school (gr.6 +)
- Final transcript previous school (gr. 10+)
Transferring from outside of Kuwait
- Application form
- Parent checklist
- 50KD Application fee (non-refundable) – Entrance Assessment at Oxford Learning Center
- Personal Interview for MS/HS students
- Two recent photos of student (passport size)
- Passport copy (Child - Father - Mother)
- Copy of student's birth certificate
- 2 most recent ORIGINAL report cards from grade KG-2 and above.
- Behavior report previous school (gr.6 +)
- ORIGINAL Final transcript previous school (gr. 10+)
- Arabic-proficiency assessment for placement into AFL program (Arabic as a Foreign language)
- Authenticated final report card from the Kuwait Embassy
Upon acceptance to ABS, the following is required
- Final report card for previous academic year
- Clearance certificate from previous school
- Original transfer certificate from previous school
- Original Medical File
- KD 200 Registration fee (non-refundable)
