We welcome new families and students to our learning community. In this section you can find out all about our admissions process including information on how to enrol online.

Windrose Academy admits students according to the guidelines of the Egyptian Ministry of Education and Windrose Academy’s admissions policy. When considering the placement of a new student, we take into account results of the student assessment, parent interview and previous school or nursery reports.

STEP 1

Our school has an open door policy. To learn more about Windrose Academy, you are welcome to visit us or book a tour (09:00, 11:00 and 13:00, Sunday to Thursday). Each tour takes approximately 30 minutes.

STEP 2

Apply online and complete our student application form. Please submit your completed application form to the Registrar’s office along with the following:

• Birth certificate
• 6 photos
• Previous reports
• Copy of parent’s ID
• Transfer documents
• Application fee (EGP 200)

STEP 3

After completing steps 1 and 2, you will be contacted by our Registrar’s office to schedule an assessment with a member of our academic staff.

STEP 4

The Registrar’s office will inform you of the outcome of the assessment via email. In the event that your child is accepted:

• An offer letter and terms and conditions of enrolment will be sent to you.
• Please print, sign and return the attached documents to the Registrar’s Office.
• Please pay a first instalment of EGP6,000 within 7 working days (the first instalment is required along with the requested documents to complete the registration process. Only then will a place be booked for your child).

After completing the steps detailed above your child will officially be registered as a student enrolled in our school. Admission can be granted throughout the year and is subject to the availability of places and the successful completion of the assessment. In the event that your child is not accepted you will receive an email informing you of the decision.
