A copy of Birth Certificate and Vaccination Certificate
A copy of the student passport
A copy of the student CID, and Parents CID
A copy of the father’s official nationality certificate (Kuwaitis Only)
2 recent passport size photographs
Copies of the last two annual report cards including the latest report for the current year (Not required from students applying to Pre-School)
Original certificate issued from outside Kuwait, must be certified by the Ministry of foreign affairs and certified by the Kuwaiti Embassy in their country
In case of renewing the annual residence, the guardian must provide the registration department with a copy of the residence page and the renewed civil ID. In case that the guardian fails to do so, the student registration will be canceled according to the decision of the Ministry of Education.
