Admissions Process

Step 1: Submission

Application form

All requested supporting documents

• Photocopy of Parents and Child’s Passports and Visas
• Photocopies of Child’s Birth Certificate
• 2 passport size photographs (not older than 6 months)
• Official transcript or report cards for two years prior to current grade level (translated into English)
• Educational assessment or specialist reports (where applicable)

Pay the application fee of 4,000 baht

Step 2: Assessments

Early Years are assessed by completing informal and practical activities in the classroom.

Primary and Secondary students undertake an English assessment in each of the four main areas of the English Language (reading, writing, speaking and listening) and in a non-language based mathematics assessment.

Step 3: Result Announcement

The school will issue a formal letter of offer

Step 4: Tuition and Other Fees Invoices

• An invoice for the tuition fees and other fees will be sent to parents and must be paid by the invoice due date which is before the start of the academic year.
• The entrance fee must be paid within 7 days.

Step 5: Notification of Acceptance

Parents must officially accept the school place within 7 days of receiving the letter of offer.
