Document Downloads
The following steps explain the procedure for children wishing to join Uplands School. Before proceeding with steps 1 to 6 please refer to the Yeargroup Reference Chart (see downloads below) to confirm which yeargroup your child will enter based on his/her date of birth.
Step 1: Application Form
Download and printout the Application Form (right) and Personal Data Protection Consent Form (right) or collect one from the Admissions Office at Uplands School. Complete this and return with copies of your passports, school reports, any SEN or medical reports and a processing fee of RM 800. Completed application forms and Personal Data Protection Consent forms can also be scanned and emailed to admissions@uplands.org.
Step 2: Assessment
Assessments are conducted during school term, strictly by appointment only. As soon as we receive the application form, the applicant will be invited to School for the Assessment. Please allow 3 – 4 hours for a range of interview and assessment tasks.
Step 3: Review
The application and outcome of assessment are reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
