How to Apply

Cempaka International School Damansara Heights

Applications into Freshman Year (Secondary School), may be strengthened by the results of the Cambridge International Primary Programme or Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) 

Admission Requirements for IBDP: 5 Credits for SPM, IGCSE, O Levels or the equivalent. 

Entry into the School is by competitive entrance examinations and interview. However, acceptance into the School is still subject to interview and availability of places. 

Admission Procedures

Registration 

Complete the Entrance Examination Application Form and Registration Form

Kindly enclose the following documents : 

• ONE passport-sized photograph 
• ONE copy of your child's birth certificate and myKad / passport (non-Malaysian) 
• Copies of your child's most recent school report

Payment

• All applications will only be processed after payment of required fees [link to fee schedule page] has been made. 
• All fees should be made payable to Cempaka Schools (1983) Sdn.Bhd. 

Offer Letter / Rejection Letter 

Results will be released within three working days to a week. We will notify parents in writing whether your child's application is successful or otherwise. 

Unsuccessful application

• Rejection Letter 
• Refund of Registration and Advance Fee which you have paid upon application. 

Please allow TWO weeks for the accounts department to prepare for the refund. 

Successful application

• Offer Letter (either a Firm or Conditional offer) 
• To make the balance payment before the due date as stated in the offer letter. 
• You will be given a username and password. All Cempakans, parents and teachers have a VLE account.
• Once logged on, you will have access to the following: 
  • School announcements 
  • Homework information 
  • Academic content delivery 
  • Co-curricular updates 
  • Report card 
  •  Social networking 
• To make the arrangement to purchase books and uniforms at the School Mart
• Macbook only applicable to Secondary School students to be purchased at the IT Center.
