If you are considering Asia Pacific Schools for your child's education, the 3 step process below will help you get the information and assurances you need before you submit an official application.
Step 1: Enquire Now
To begin, first, complete our enquiry form to furnish us with more information about the curriculum and admission date you are enquiring about. A member of our admissions team will attend to you as soon as possible.
Step 2: Visit Our Campus
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will schedule a visit to our campus. With this visit, you experience our learning environment for yourself and see what we can offer your child. In advance of your visit, do let us know of any specific facilities or academic resources you wish to learn more about, and we will do our best to personalize your tour.
Step 3: Apply Now
Application Form
If we fulfill all the criteria for your child's education, we invite you to make an official application via our school application form. A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of RM500 will be charged.
Trial Day (TD)/ Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT4)/ Basic Entrance Test (BET)
Your child will then be required to undergo either TD / CAT4/BET and you will be notified on the dates of the test. For more information on the assessment, please read our admissions policy.
We operate on an open admissions system, which means that we accept new students throughout the year. All applications for admission are given equal status by the school and no child is excluded on the basis of nationality, culture, religious beliefs, or academic ability.
Prior to admission, parents are to meet the admissions team and, if required, the school principal. The meeting is to ensure
Parents must pay the registration Tee promptly and all the necessary Tee payments on time; Failure to do so will result in a loss or place.
Children are admitted into the class appropriate to their age, and parents are required to produce evidence of age when submitting the application form. The start of the academic year varies according to the curriculum your child studies (International Curriculum: September Malaysian National Curriculum: January), so your child's appropriate age group will be determined based on their age at this cutoff point.
Your child will be required to undertake a Trial Day (TD) / CAT4/ Basic Entrance Test (BET) as part of the admissions process. Please note that any test papers are properties of the school and are confidential. Parents are not to view the materials before or after the test. Below are the details of the tests.
