BIS HCMC is a co-educational private international school that's home to a vibrant and diverse student community aged from 2 to 18 years old. We also run Fundinotots sessions for babies and toddlers up to 36 months.
We accept applications all year round and, in most age groups, new students can start at any time during the academic year (as long as we have places available). Our admissions process is simple, efficient, and personalised to your family's needs. To get started, you'll need to fill in our enquiry form. Our admissions team will answer any questions about entry requirements and then walk you through each stage of your application.
We’re thrilled you’re considering BIS HCMC for your child’s education. Our admissions team will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and make sure you have the information you need.
Starting your admissions journey is easy
Make an enquiry
Complete our online enquiry form to let us know you’re interested in joining the BIS HCMC community. Our admissions team will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to discuss your child’s needs, arrange a tour, and talk you through next steps.
Take a tour
The best way to get a feel for our thriving school community is to visit us in person. If you can’t make it to Ho Chi Minh City, we’ll happily organise a personalised virtual tour.
Send us your application
We accept applications all year round. You’ll need to fill in our online form and send us some supporting documents.
Entrance assessments
We ask every child to sit an age-appropriate entrance assessment. You’ll also need to provide supporting documents, including school reports, exam certificates, and teacher recommendations.
Securing your child's place
If your application is successful, we’ll send you a formal letter offering your child a place. You’ll then need to pay our registration fee.
Preparing for their first day
Once your child’s place is confirmed, we’ll send you information about their class and form tutor. We’ll also introduce you to other parents and invite your child to one of our orientation days, where they’ll meet their teachers and new classmates
