  • It is not possible for us to guarantee placement in advance for each child who applies until the full application is submitted and reviewed and a decision is made.
  • Availability of places is based on the number of seats available in a grade level, student withdrawals and capacities of our English as an Additional Language and Learning Support programmes.
  • Admissions begins to offer placement in March following Priority Lanes once completed applications have been reviewed by the Admissions Review Team.
  • It is highly recommended to complete your application by mid-February.

Application Documents
We encourage parents to begin the application process by reviewing the checklist provided below. Parents should note that school documentation is required for all applicants with exception of preschool aged students who have not yet attended school.

  • School reports must be presented in English and translations should be verified and stamped by the respective school.
  • Confidential school recommendations will be sent to a homeroom teacher or counselor based on the contact provided in the admission Portal.

The progress of each child’s application can be viewed by parents directly through the admissions portal. Applications will be reviewed by the admissions committee when all required items have been submitted and the application fee payment has been paid.

Enrollment
Once the admissions review has been completed and the application approved by the admissions committee, your family will receive an invitation to accept an offer of placement. Following confirmation of your acceptance, the application shall move into the enrollment phase.

Wait Pool
Admissions policies applied to our school, such as prioritisation, cultural diversity and caps on EAL and Learning Support programmes, do not enable for us to guarantee placement in advance for each child whose deemed admissible. If Enrolment is not immediately available due to space constraints, applicants will be placed in a wait pool. Completed applications shall be placed on the relevant grade level wait pool for the remainder of the academic year. When a student withdrawals from the programme and a seat becomes available, the Admissions team will contact eligible applicants in the wait pool following prioritizations within the Admissions Policies. The wait status only applies to the year applying and if you want to be considered for the following school year, you must reapply with updated school reports, teacher recommendations, testing (if applicable) and pay the application fee.
