Boys and girls can join the Nursery at the age of 2.5. Please complete an enquiry form on Open Apply and we will contact you with the next steps
4+ (Reception entry)
Boys may be registered for entry any time after birth. To register for a place, please complete our registration form and submit the registration fee
Boys who are registered will have the option of attending a taster session.
4+ Assessments
Boys will be invited in small groups by birth season.

7+ (Year 3 entry)
There are a limited number of places available for boys wishing to join Year 3. Please submit a registration form and the fee.
7+ Assessments
The 7+ assessments involve an age appropriate assessment in English, Maths and Reasoning. The reasoning paper will be a combination of verbal and non-verbal reasoning.
We are introducing The GSCT Major Award Scholarship for Outstanding Achievement. This prestigious scholarship is designed to recognise and reward 7+ candidates who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in academics, music or sports. The recipient of The GSCT Major Award Scholarship will be granted a significant financial award. 11+ (Year 7 entry)
Interest has increased in recent years from families seeking to enrol their child in Year 7. Most, but not all, children will join us from state primary schools with a view to completing two years before moving on to Independent London day or country boarding schools.
St Anthony’s prepares boys in Years 7 and 8 to sit Common Entrance exams and assists families in their applications to senior schools. Admission into Year 7 is based on boys reaching a satisfactory standard in English and Maths assessments as well as an interview. Please contact the Registrar to arrange a tour of the school and to meet the Head and senior staff.
As part of our strategy for Digital Literacy all boys in Years 6 – 8 are provided with an individual laptop for work in school and for prep. Alongside this, boys will be fully prepared to sit traditional written exam papers.
Occasional places
