Admissions Arrangements

Darrick Wood School consultation on admissions took place from 1st December to 12 January and is now complete.

The school has thanked and responded to any persons who engaged in the consultation. The governing Body has determined to go ahead with the following planned changes:

To ensure compliance with the School Admissions Code 2021
To include consideration of multiple birth children under the sibling criterion
To give greater clarity around the transfer of students from Year 11 into Year 12 at the school and provision of at least 10 external places for applicants outside the school
