Please get in touch to book a personal tour Book a Tour Our Academy is part of E-ACT, a multi-academy trust. E-ACT is the Admissions Authority for the Academy and has a planned admission number (PAN) at 240 for year 7 and 100 for Year 12.
How do I apply?
To apply for a place at our Academy you need to complete a ‘Secondary Transfer Common Application’ form Please contact our Academy if you have missed the deadline and we can advise on the next steps on how you can still apply for a place.
Submit your application on time!
Any forms received after 31 October will be deemed late and will not be processed until after 1 March , when offers have been generated for ‘on time’ applications.
Have you just moved to the area or want to change your child’s school? Here is the information you need to know for in-year admissions.
When you apply for a school place, you must have parental responsibility for the child and submit evidence to show that you and your child live at the address you have stated on your application, even if you have been placed in temporary accommodation. You also have to provide evidence showing your child’s date of birth. Please note that you may be asked for further evidence if applying under medical/social needs etc.
Once Brent admissions have allocated a place for your child, you will be placed on a waiting list. Places will be allocated as they become available and prioritised according to our over subscription criteria

Once you’ve done this, please complete the online 6th Form Application Form below. If you are successful we will write to you with a conditional offer.
On results day, we will ask you to bring a copy of your results, for our records. You will then need to meet the grades at GCSE, to take your place at Crest.
