Nursery Applications
- Application forms for nursery places are available from the school and should be returned to the school on completion.
- Children can enter the nursery between their 3rd and 4th birthday. We have 20 places in the morning and 20 places in the afternoon sessions.
- An 'age order' waiting list is maintained for the nursery. Places are offered for September.
Reception Applications
- Bourne Primary School admits children in accordance with the local authority's admission policy.
- Application forms for reception places should ideally be made online, although you may obtain a form or support from the school office on request.
- The allocation of reception places is the responsibility of the local authority.
- Please note: As with all Hillingdon community schools, a place in nursery does not necessarily guarantee a place in reception. A seperate application form for a reception place must be completed even if your child has a place in our nursery.
In-year Admissions
An 'In-Year' application is any application for a school place made outside the normal admissions rounds. The normal admissions rounds are for entry into school in September whereas the In-Year applications are for parents who either wish to change schools or who have moved to the area and need to start a new school during the academic year.
If your application is successful, you will be invited to our school office to confirm all the admission details required, as well as pass on all the relevant information you will need from us to help make your child’s transition into our school a smooth process. A buddy will be assigned to your child during the settling in period.
