Applying for an in-Year place?
If you are looking for a school space for your child (Reception to Year 6), parents need to apply directly to Christ Church. As a school within the SDBEMAT, the school deals with admissions directly, instead of applying through Lambeth Admissions. Dealing directly with the school in this way is a much quicker process than maintained schools.
Applying for a Reception place for my child starting in September?
Pupils start school the year that they turn five years of age. Therefore, pupils starting primary school in September.
Although the closing date for e-admissions portal was 15 January , parents can still apply for a late application. Parents will be required to apply via Lambeth Admissions until 31 August , then admissions is directly through our school on 1 September . Late applications are being processed now. Please check that you apply for Christ Church STREATHAM, as there are two Christ Church schools in the Streatham area.
Applying for a Reception place for my child starting in September ?
The e-admission portal will open on 1 September and usually closes around 15 January . Please check that you apply for Christ Church STREATHAM.
If you are applying for a Church place, you will also need to complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and Clergy Form, which will need to be returned to the SCHOOL by 15 January .

The Local Governing Body Christ Church Streatham C of E Primary School recently proposed a change in our admission arrangements for admissions for September . As determined by the School Admissions Code, we were required to consult on any changes to our arrangements and we invited comments on the proposed changes.
The duration of the consultation in accordance with statutory DfE guidance was run for a minimum of 6 weeks and must take place between 1st October and 31st January. Therefore, our consultation commenced on Wednesday 28th November and finished on Tuesday 23rd January .
All responses to the consultation should have been received by the school by 9am on Tuesday 23rd January.
No communications were received.
Now at the end of the consultation period, our Local Governing Body will meet to consider the responses and the outcome of the consultation will be published on the school website once the decision has been agreed and before 15th March.
