A very warm welcome to Date Valley School. I thank Allah (SWT) for His mercy and compassion. I feel privileged to be a headteacher of a school where you as parents want to entrust your children’s education with us. May Allah (SWT) aid us to deliver the best education we can for our young British Muslim children living in an ever-changing world, ameen. At Date Valley School we strive to give our children a balanced education that provides them with the skills and confidence to flourish into strong Muslim individuals that will benefit our community and wider society, in shaa’ Allah. We want to inspire our children to become future doctors, teachers and entrepreneurs. We want them to aspire towards success in this world and the hereafter, in shaa’ Allah. We aim to provide an environment where children feel safe, secure and happy. We want to work in partnership with parents and carers to support our children’s education. We believe that children learn best when home and school work together in an open and engaging manner. Date Valley is known as being a safe and encouraging place where everyone feels welcome and valued; a place where expectations are high and achievement is expected and celebrated; a place where all members of the school community care about each other; a place where behaviour is exemplary and where success of all kinds are celebrated, Alhumdulilah. Our pursuit of educational excellence is based upon our unshakeable belief that every child is unique, special and has the capacity within themselves to succeed. As a result, staff offer an inspirational and life-enhancing educational experience for all children and work tirelessly to ensure that each and every child is nurtured, inspired, challenged and supported to succeed and develop their natural gifts and talents, in shaa’ Allah. We aim to build the skills, knowledge and positive attitudes necessary to help all our children to become responsible, respectful and tolerant citizens of the future – exemplary members of their community who contribute to the development of a successful society, in shaa’ Allah.
