Ricards Lodge High School is a warm and friendly school for girls aged 11 – 16 years. Our co-educational sixth form RR6 is open to young men and women aged 16 – 19 years.
The school stands in its own beautiful grounds, with an outstanding range of facilities. Life for all our students is busy and fun – an atmosphere where they learn and develop in a happy and caring environment. The school recognises and celebrates good behaviour, achievement and success which gives our students a sense of purpose and the desire to fulfil their goals.
Admissions to the school in Year 7 to 11 at any time of year are managed by the London Borough of Merton.
Our next Open Evening event will take place on Thursday 28th September from 5pm - 7.30pm. You do not need to book a place for this. Further information will be available soon. Our Open Mornings from Monday 2nd October to Friday 6th October are now fully booked.
For those of you that registered an interest in further events, if your child is currently in Year 6, we will be in touch regarding our last remaining open events in the coming days. For parents of children in other year groups, we will be in touch regarding further events later in the school year.
For sixth-form admissions please visit our RR6 admissions page. For RR6 we have set a provisional Open Evening date for Thursday 9th November, with the Open Event being held at the Rutlish site. Booking for this event will open in October. Applications for our sixth form, RR6, for September will open on Friday 6th October and close on Friday 19th January.
Any applications beyond this date will join our waiting list.

We accept applications from current Year 11 students at Ricards Lodge and welcome other external applications. Yr11 students at Rutlish School also apply through the relevant application form on the RR6 online prospectus.
Our RR6 Open Evening takes place on Thursday 9th November, with the Open Evening being held at the Rutlish site from 5pm to 7pm. Students who wish to attend must be accompanied by a parent/carer and places must be booked via THIS FORM
There will be two headteacher presentations at 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
Please ensure you enter the Rutlish School site from the Mostyn Road gate only - post code SW19 3LJ. Please note there will be no parking available on site.
We are running an additional Open Morning for applicants that are not from Ricards Lodge or Rutlish Schools. This takes place on Tuesday 14th November, at the Ricards site. Applicants can book a place for themselves and their parents/carers.
If you are attending please be aware that there is no parking available on site and that you should arrive for the event at 9am and it will finish by 10.45am.
