Use this form to register your child for a place in Primary 1 starting in August 2024.
You must be living at an address within the City of Edinburgh Council area at the time you complete the form. If you are moving into the Edinburgh area from elsewhere, use the change of address form instead.

If you’re not sure what your Council Tax account number is, visit Council Tax online (opens in a new tab) to sign in or create an account.
You can upload documents to provide the evidence. You may want to scan documents before you start the form. PDF files are best for scanned documents. If you upload photographs or screenshots the max file size is 1MB.
If you are unable to upload any of the required documents, you should still complete the form. The school will contact you to ask for any information we require.
