Enrollment Procedures

Step 1: Application

The application form is available for download on the forms page. You need to complete the form and send it by email to flora@citabuana-jkt.sch.id

Step 2: Supporting Documents

Upload the following attachments (maximum 1 MB/attachment)

For all applicant

• Copies of 3 years academic records/including the most recent period. Please scan in one file per year level. Do not upload one file per page or one file for all year levels. Copies of academic records must be in English or in Bahasa Indonesia. Documents in other language must be translated into English by an accredited translation office. A copy of both the original and translation must be provided.
• Copy of the applicant's medical record/vaccination card issued by health centres (for Prep 1, Prep 2, Prep 3 and Year 1 applicants).
• Copies of any health and/or psychological assessments conducted with applicant (if required).
• A 3X4 size picture of the applicant.

For Indonesian applicant

• Copy of applicant's birth certificate
• Copy of Kartu Keluarga

For International applicant

• Copy of applicant's and parent's passport
• Copy of applicant's and parent's KITAS

Step 3: Entrance Evaluation/Observation

Once an application and supporting documents have been received, our office will be in contact with you regarding the Entrance Evaluation/Observation which will be conducted in Sekolah Cita Buana, Jakarta.

A non-refundable Enrollment Fee is Rp 500.000 - Rp 750.000 (paid by cash or Debet Card only).

Prep 1 - Prep 3

Applicants will be observed for a half day/full day trial by our teacher and school counselor.

Year 1 - Year 6

Applicants will take an English & Mathematics Entrance Evaluation Test. If the need arises, a full day class trial may be required.

Year 7 - Year 12

Applicants will be an Interviewed and take English & Mathematics Entrance Evaluation Test.

Special Education

Due to the limited seats available, applicants are placed on the waiting list, which not based on the first come first serve basis. Selected applicants will be observed by a Head of Special Education and continue with a full day trial.

Step 4: Acceptance

We will inform you by email whether we are able to admit your child to Sekolah Cita Buana. The school reserves the right to make all final decisions on applicant placement. If we are able to offer a place, you need to confirm the offer by :

• Signing and returning the Acceptance Letter you receive.
• Paying the deposit fee before the deadline stated in the invoice. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
