To apply for a Nursery place at St Vincent's starting September, please complete the forms. In addition, please note we require current year's Council Tax bill, an additional proof of address (e.g. gas, electricity or water bill - dated within the last 3 months), original copy of your child’s baptism certificate and proof of your child's date of birth: passport or birth certificate (short form).Please note that we need to see all original documents with the application.
These applications are open to children whose birthday falls between 1st September and 31st August. Completed applications may be submitted in person from 1st October until the deadline of Wednesday 15th January. Please read the Admission Enquiry Letter for more details. The school appreciates any official translations of relevant foreign documents being included with your application.
Before applying to our school, please ensure you have completed the Ealing Common Application Form (CAF), as the school will be unable to accept your application otherwise.

Completed applications may be submitted in person from 1st October until the deadline of Wednesday 15th January.
Application should be made by completing the school Supplementary Information Form (SIF) with the Certificate of Catholic Practise (if applicable). You will receive a letter from the Chair of Governors if a place is not available.
