How to Apply
To apply to Notre Dame Catholic College you will need to follow the steps below:
- The online Preference Form/Common Application Form provided by Liverpool Children’s Services or other local authorities (open until 31st October)
- The Notre Dame supplementary faith application form which should be returned with a copy of baptismal certificate / holy communion certificate. You can complete this form onlineThis form must be completed by 31st October with proof of baptism/letter from an appropriate Faith Leader.
- If you are unable to complete the form online, you can download a paper copy of this form and return to Year 7 Admissions, Notre Dame Catholic College, 180 Great Homer Street, Liverpool, L5 5AF or email a copy to e.neary@notredame.liverpool.sch.uk by 31st October. You must still include a copy of proof of baptism / letter from an appropriate Faith Leader.

STEP 3
- Wait to receive your school offer. Offers will be sent out on 1st March by your local council via email or via the online portal. (Please note, if this falls on a weekend/bank holiday offers will be sent the next working day). If you are successful in gaining a place at Notre Dame Catholic College on this date, you will need to accept your place as soon as possible. Further details regarding this will be made available nearer the time.
