Application

Schedule an appointment with our Marketing Officers for your child’s Identification Test and prepare all the documents required for the admission process.

Admission

Come to our school on the date of your appointment, fill in the School Admission Form for your child, and submit the required documents.

Result

You will be officially informed of the Identification Test results by phone or email.

Registration

A Student Virtual Account will be set up for the payment process. School Fees (Facility Fee and Tuition Fee) payments must be made according to your child’s education level and the relevant due dates. Your child is officially registered as a Sekolah Bogor Raya student once payment is made.

Admission Process

Sekolah Bogor Raya is a diverse school. All students are considered for entry on an equal basis regardless of gender, religion, nationality, or ethnicity.

Admission Fee: IDR 500,000

Required documents:

Indonesian Citizen:

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) (Parents)
• Copy of KK (Kartu Keluarga) in accordance with current residence
• Copy of Vaccination Book
• Copy of the latest School Report
• Transfer Letter from previous school (for transfer student)
• Notification Letter of Equivalence from Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud) for Indonesian students who studies abroad.

Non-Indonesian Citizen:

• Copy of Birth Certificate (translated in English)
• Copy of Passport (Parents and Child)
• Copy of KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) or Limited Stay Permit from the Indonesian Government (Parents and Child)
• Copy of Vaccination Book
• Copy of the latest School Report
• Transfer Letter from previous school (for transfer student)
• Notification Letter of Equivalence from Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud)
• Surat Ijin Belajar untuk Warga Negara Asing or Study Permit from The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture
