We have up to a 60 place Nursery and two classes in each year group through Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of our admission arrangements below.

Nursery

If you would like to apply for a Nursery place please complete the Nursery application form and return to the school office with the following documentation:-

Baptism certificate (if you have one), birth certificate and council tax bill.

Reception

For a Reception place you need to complete the school application form below AND apply online with Manchester City Council at this link. You will need to return the school application form to the school along with the baptism certificate (if you have one), birth certificate and your council tax bill.

Note: If your child is in Nursery this does not guarantee a place at Reception. You must complete the Reception form and apply to Manchester City Council as outlined above.

In Year Application

Please complete the School Application form below and return to the school office with a baptism certificate (if you have one), birth certificate and your council tax bill.

Admissions Criteria

Admission to the school will be made by the Governing Body in accordance with the stated parental preferences it receives, subject to the following set of criteria which will be used to form a priority order if there are more applications for admission than the school has places available.

  • Looked After Children and previously Looked After Children.
  • Children with an exceptional need which can be best met, or only met at this school*
  • Baptised Roman Catholic children who will have a brother or sister attending the school at the time of admission and resident in the parish of St Catherine of Siena.
  • Other baptised Roman Catholic children who are resident in the parish of St Catherine of Siena.
  • Other baptised Roman Catholic children who will have a brother or sister attending the school at the time of admission and are resident in another parish.
  • Other baptised Roman Catholic children resident in another parish.
  • Other children who have a brother or sister attending the school at the time of admission.
