How To Apply For A Place At Our School

Applying for a place for your child at St Nicholas Catholic Primary School

The Admissions Authority for our school is The Board of Directors of The St John Paul II Multi Academy, Sutton Coldfield. Birmingham City Council coordinate the admissions process on behalf of our multi academy.

Any parent wishing to apply for a place at our school should first of all read the admissions policy for the relevant year. In addition to completing Birmingham's application form, all parents must complete and return a copy of our Additional Information Form which can be found as an appendix to the Admissions Policy.

Virtual parents information evening.

Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic we have not been able to hold our usual parents information evening. In lieu of this please find below a powerpoint containing information that would have been covered on the night, a brief message from our parish Priest Fr Allen and a virtual prospectus video. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact the school office.

Admissions for September

• Applications need to be made by 15th January. An additional information form must also be submitted to the school by this date.
• All applications which are submitted on time will be considered at the same time after the closing date.
• All parents will be advised of the outcome of the applications on 15th April by the Local Authority on behalf of the school.
