Year 7 September
- To apply for a place in the normal admissions round, an application must be made using the school admissions application process of the local authority in which you live naming St Paul's School for Girls on the application form. Applications need to be made by 31st October. Governors require parents to complete a Supplementary Information Form (SiF) and send a copy of your daughter's Baptismal Certificate and approach Parish Priests to support your application with a Certificate of Catholic Practice (download available from Bishops' Conference of England and Wales).
- To complete your Supplementary Information Form online please click Supplementary Information or you can download the form below along with the Admissions Arrangement. This all needs to be returned directly to school by the same date as the application of 31st October. If you are Catholic, please remember to send a copy of the Baptism Certificate and Certificate of Catholic Practice directly to: St Paul's School for Girls, Vernon Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B16 9SL

Late Applications
The deadline to apply is 31 October. If your application is submitted after this date, it will be only be considered after all applications that were sent to Birmingham City Council have been dealt with. This is most likely to be after the 1 March. but you may still receive a letter informing you of the outcome of your application.
In Year Applications
- An application can be made for a place for a child at any time outside the admission round and the child will be admitted where there are available places. An application should be made to the school by completing the in-year admissions application form application form A hard copy of the application form can be obtained by contacting the school office 0121 454 0895 or email admissions@stpaulgl.bham.sch.uk Completed application forms must be returned to Admissions, St Paul's School for Girls, Vernon Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 9SL
- Where there are places available but more applications than places, the published oversubscription criteria, as set out in the admission arrangements for will be applied. or contact the school office as above, to request a hard copy. Parents are advised to read the admission arrangements carefully before making your application. If there are no places available, the child will be added to the waiting list and further information relating to this will be included in the letter sent from the school advising you of the outcome of your application. Please see the admission arrangements for more details.
- You will be advised of the outcome of your application in writing as soon as possible. Applicants must be informed of the outcome of their application within 15 school days of its receipt, but the aim is to notify applicants of the outcome of their application within 10 school days of its receipt.
- You have the right to appeal to an independent appeal panel if your application is unsuccessful.
