We at BESGB believe that every child has the right to learn regardless of religious background, nationality, color, or culture. We admit learners from various nationalities and religious backgrounds provided that they fit in any of the academic levels we provide at their age.

BESGB seeks to accept applicants who have been successful in their previous schools and who show equal commitment to succeed at BESGB after meeting the criteria of admission. In order to know more about criteria for admission and before submitting an application, please note the following:

Preschool Application Requirements

In order to complete the registration process the following documents are requested by the registrar:

• Personal Civil Extract 
• Family Civil Extract 
• 4 passport photos
• Vaccination card pages (50-51) or equivalent
• A non-refundable test fee of L.L. 100,000 for candidates approved for testing upon review of application (incomplete applications will not be considered for testing)

KG Applicants will be invited for an interactive interview in June. The Registrar will schedule the interview date after the complete application form is received and the application fee paid. If places are still available, late applications may be considered and additional interviews will be scheduled later.

Application Requirements for Grades 1 - 10

In order to complete the registration process the following documents are requested by the registrar:

• Grades of the last three years certified by school and other departments
• Certificates of success from the former school certified by school and other departments
• Personal Civil Extract
• Family Civil Extract
• 2 passport photos
• Equivalency letter for students coming from abroad
• A non-refundable test fee of L.L. 100,000 for candidates approved for testing upon review of application (incomplete applications will not be considered for testing)

The registrar receives and processes the completed and paid for Application Forms for review for an assessment exam.

Application Requirements for Grades 11 - 12

Applicants’ files will be considered on a case by case basis.
