Application Timeline
- Start with the "apply now" link above
- Create a username and password and begin the online application
- Complete the application and submit deposit (a non-refundable application processing fee must be paid before the application can be submitted)
- Completed files will be reviewed, and an admissions decision will be sent via email. Only upon admission will enrollment materials be sent.
Application Process
Requirements for All Applicants
- Check eligibility requirements.
- Non-refundable application processing fee ($300 USD / 400,000 KRW per applicant)
- Birth certificate (for non-Korean students) must be translated and notarized into English, Korean Family Registry (for ethnically Korean students)
- Passport copies for father, mother, and student
- Maintain Foreign Passport Form and Agreement to Submit Proof of Legal Residence Status upon Acceptance (if at least one parent has non-Korean citizenship) and Alien Registration Card (ARC). Student’s Certificate of Entry and Exit reference period from birth (if both parents have Korean citizenship, including those with multiple citizenships)

Admissions Requirements
Students are eligible to apply if parent(s) can provide documentation outlined below.
One or both parents hold foreign passports (non-Korean passport):
- Copy of valid passport title page of child, father, and mother
- Copy of child’s birth certificate and/or Korean Family Registry
- Copy (front and back) of parents’ valid Alien Registration Card
Both parents hold Korean passports (including those who hold dual passports):
- Copy of valid passport title page of child, father, and mother
- Copy of child’s Korean Family Registry
- Student’s Certificate of Entry and Exit to support that the student has spent 1,095 days or more outside of Korea (Reference period from birth)
- If student is a dual citizen, copies of both passports, and Certificate of Entry and Exit for both passports
One or both parents are naturalized Korean citizens whose child is deemed to be unable to continue enrollment in the local school system (Grades 1-12), as determined by the deliberation of the school’s Operations Committee, and approved by the Principal of the local school:
- Copy of valid passport title page of the child, father, and mother
- Copy of child’s Korean Family Registry
- Original Identification Certificate of the parents
- Original letter issued by the Principal of the local school confirming the deliberation of the Operations Committee
