Eligibility

To be eligible for admission, candidates for admission to CDS must meet at least one of the following two conditions as outlined by the Korean Ministry of Education and Science and
Technology:

• At least one of the parents holds a foreign passport (non-Korean)
• Students who have been out of the country of Korea for more than 1,095 days or studied more than six semesters (equivalent to a total of 3 years) in schools outside of Korea at the time of enrollment.

Candidates must provide proof of eligibility via official documents.

Applicants who do not meet the required month of birth for each grade level must explain the individual's exceptional circumstances in detail to the CDS Admissions through official documents. Please be aware that CDS Admissions has discretion to approve applications for grade exceptions.

Submit your Application

When you start your Application, you will be asked to upload the following documents

• A Photo of yourself. The picture will also be used to make your Student Card if you enrl.
• A passport copy of Applicant and Parents
• A proof of eligibility
• IfApplicant has at least one parent holding a foreign passport
  • Copy of Certificate of Family Relations
  • Copy of Alien Registration Card
• If Applicant has been out of the country of Korea for more than 3 years:
  • Copy of Certificate of Entry and Exit

Application Form Submission

Application Form and All supplemental documents must be submitted by January 29 or your application will not be considered.
If you have a unique circumstance that precludes you from meeting this timeline, please reach Out to the CDS Admissions office for their consideration. The application is lengthy, so if you are unable to finish in one attempt, you may return as it will
be autosaved. CDS cannot see the saved information until you submit. If your submission has been sent, it is no longer editable.
