Admissions Process

Our admissions process aims to integrate new students from different education systems in international and private schools and enroll them in the International Baccalaureate (IB) system here at KFS.

Prospective students will take a simple admissions test to help the school understand how we can best meet their needs.

The admissions process is subject to a number of procedures, described in the list below.

Interest

Make an Enquiry
Visit KFS via the Department of Admissions and Registration in Building 1, call the AR Department or submit your information requests through Open Apply.

Meeting the parents in AR Department
The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether or not KFS is the right place for the student. Parents will also receive KFS handbooks.

Completion of paperwork
Admissions Applications are filled out and submitted. A hard copy can be submitted to the AR department or a soft copy via our website.

Take a tour
Parents will take a tour of KFS to becoming acquainted with the school's programs and facilities.

Identifications and academic credentials are checked

Personal interview and entrance exam
The interview will be with the DG, AR Director and Principal, or those representing them.

Tuition payment
After payment is received an Acceptance Letter will be issued for the student.

Student data is registered
Student's family will sign our contract and be encouraged to contact the Transportation Department to check availability and discuss fees, if needed.

Student is officially registered and added to class list
Family of student will sign a promise to bring the student's physical folder in to KFS and will be required to purchase the KFS school uniform.
