Admission Process

  1. Start filling the application form.
  2. Save the username and password provided after you submit your application.
  3. The admissions office will contact you shortly to schedule the parent’s interview and the child’s assessment appointment.
  4. Kindly bring all the required documents on the day of the interview.
  5. Check your application status, using your username and password provided as mentioned in step 2.

All admission procedures are coordinated and handled by the office of admissions and student affairs.

Required Documents

The following papers must be provided in order to complete the admisions process. Further documents may be required as the need arises due to changes that may occur in laws or due to individual cases.

The admissions office at the school will be glad to provide you with assistance.

  • 8 Recent Colored Passport Photographs (size 4 x 6 cm)
  • Applicant’s Birth Certificate (original + 2 copy) or Passport Copy for Non-Egyptians
  • Parent / Legal Guardian’s I.D (3 copy)
  • Parent / Last Academic Qualification ( 2 copy + Original for viewing )
  • Copy of Passport Showing Foreign Status Including Residence Visa (3 copy)
  • Non-Egyptian Student’s Admissions Letter: Issued from the Nozha Educational Administration (Only Applicable for Non-Egyptian Passport holders)
  • Returning Egyptian Student’s Admissions Letter: Issued from the Nozha Educational Administration
  • An Attested Sequence of Years Certificate
  • A Recent Original For the Receipt of Utilities (electricity / gas / Tel) indicating the home address

Important notice: If coming from outside Egypt, papers must be formally attested from the country of origin of the school attended by the embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Egypt.

General Admissions Policy

The school offers non-discriminatory access to the educational programs offered at the school provided the admissions procedures have been successfully completed.

However, the school Superintendent may deny admission for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:

  • Incomplete or improper transcripts and/or records.
  • Low admission test scores and/or poor academic records.
  • A history of disciplinary or substance abuse problems.
  • Classes have reached their maximum enrollment.
  • Student will be over 20 years old at the time of graduation.
