Admission Policy

Leaders International College strives to build a consistent, challenging and safe learning environment that supports each child in exploring his full potential.

Hence Our Admission Policy aim is to offer admission to students of the highest intellectual potential, well educated, productive, International minded Citizens in a diverse global Society.

Leaders International College announces the beginning of Admission for Academic Year that will be held in the School Campus.

Assessment result will be based on the following:

  • Age.
  • Assessment Score.
  • An acceptable Parents’ Interview.
  • An acceptable report from the previous school (upper grades) including positive comments on their academic level.
  • Stamped behavior report from the student’s previous school including positive comments on their behavior.

Admission Procedures

  • Fill an application form by all the required data (application fees are non-refundable). Online application is applicable as well.
  • Make sure to write the student’s name as written in his/her birth certificate or passport.
  • An interview and an assessment appointment will be determined by the Admission Office whether to be inside the school or online.
  • The School Tour will be held after the student being assessed and accepted.
  • A virtual school tour is available on the school official website.
  • Within two weeks from the assessment, the parent will receive a call or an email from the admission office to feedback by the assessment and interview result (in case of acceptance only), in case of rejection we don’t mention the reason.
  • After Acceptance registration fee and first installment to be paid within one week from the acceptance call to reserve the student’s place.
  • Preceded by filling bus application form in the Transportation Manager Office.

Please note:

*Required documentation should be submitted to the admission office to ensure the student’s place.

Part 1: The required documents for the Admission Process:

  • Stamped Behavior report from the student’s previous school.
  • Original Computerized Birth Certificate.
  • A photocopy of the father’s ID/passport for foreigners.
  • A Photocopy of the mother’s ID/passport for foreigners.
  • 6 recent personal size photographs of the student.
  • Original copy of the previous year school report.
  • Prior Educational Sequence stamped from the previous school.
  • Medical report.
  • Copy of vaccination card.

Part 2: Additional documents required for those transferring within Egypt:

In case your child is transferring from a school within Egypt. You are required to present all the above mentioned documents in addition of the following:

  • School Transfer request (four papers original and Stamped from Educational zone and your child’s previous school) stating the name of the school transferring to (for upper grades).
  • Pass statement stamped from the Educational Zone Related to previous school (for upper grades.)
  • Enrollment Statement stamped from the Educational Zone Related to Previous school (KG2 & Grade1).

Part3: Additional documents required for those transferring from abroad:

In case your child is transferring from a school outside of Egypt. You are required to present all the documents mentioned in part 1 in addition to the following:

  • Prior Educational Sequence.
  • Previous year school report.
  • Both of them must be stamped first from the Ministry of Education of the origin country and then to be authorized from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (documentation office) and The Egyptian Consulate Outside.
  • Obtaining an admission letter (Enrollment request) from the Ministry of Education (Department of Private Education) for Egyptian and foreign Students.

The parent should present all the above-mentioned documents as requested, otherwise his son/daughter cannot be considered registered in Leaders International College.
