Enrolment Application Process
Please complete the application form and return it to the College Registrar with the documentation listed below. All emailed forms must be in PDF format and will not be accepted in any other format. Applications without all documentation will not be accepted or processed.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Passport, Visa, citizenship or residency documentation (as applicable)
- Copy of Immunisation History Statement (available from Medicare website)
- Most recent School Report
- Most recent NAPLAN Report (Years 3, 5, 7 or 9)
- Letter from professional referee for your family (ie. Lawyer, teacher, Church minister, doctor)
- Specialist Medical and/or Specialist Educational Support Reports
- Out of Home Care documentation (ie. Foster care) Victoria or interstate equivalent
- Any Guardianship or Custody/Court Order documentation (as applicable)
- Copy of Health Care Card (if applicable)
Parents and children will then be required to attend an interview with the Principal and Business Manager. Offers for positions are at the Principal’s discretion and will only be made after an interview is held.
Upon receiving an offer of placement from the Principal, parents are required to:
- Complete an ‘Application for Student Enrolment’ form (one per child)
- Provide a non-refundable $200 enrolment fee
- Provide a $500 Family Bond
