Documents Required for Registration
- A copy of Birth Certificate of Student.
- A copy of identification Card of each parent.
- Other relevant school certificates/ documents.
- Four (4) pieces of recent passport sized photos.
- Latest examination or test results (for students joining mid-year).
Secondary School (Form 1-3)
Documents Required for Registration
- Birth Certificate and Identity Card of Student.
- ldentification Card of Parents.
- UPSR result slip or other relevant academic results (Original and Copy).
- Other relevant school certificates.
- Two (2) recent passport sized photos.
- Latest examination or test results (for students joining mid-year).
