Carmel School Enrolment Form

Early Enrolment Discount

Families who enrol their child or children for Kindergarten or Pre-Primary on or before August 30 of the year prior to commencement, receive an enrolment discount of $500 off the first term of fees.

This offer is open to any new student enrolling at the school, including siblings of existing students.

Interstate and Overseas Enrolment

Families who are relocating from interstate or overseas and enrol at the School may be eligible for up to one term's fee relief. Please contact us for all the details and terms and conditions. Before you start - here's a document checklist. We'll need to sight many of these documents as part of the application process which starts once you've submitted the form below.

• Copy of Birth Certificate of enrolling student (required for all and original will need to be sighted)
• Copy of Ketubah (if applicable and original will need to be sighted)
• Copy of conversion documentation (if applicable)
• Copy of Vaccination records
• Copy of visa (if required and original will need to be sighted)
• Copy of previous report (if applicable)
• Both parents' / guardians' agreement regarding fees.
