Admissions Procedure

Admissions are open to local and foreign students throughout the academic year. Students are required to undergo:

• Admission test
• Interview

Admission test applicants are required to take written tests in English and Mathematics. Applicants who are seeking entry into Year 4 are required to sit for the Physics test. Test topics on each subject are listed in the test schedules and the requirements document. Parents of applicants will be notified of the admission test outcome via email within an estimated 14 days (actual dates will be released via email in due course).

Scheduling An Appointment

Due to the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus, all admission appointments are cancelled and no walk-in enquiries will be entertained. This is with immediate effect till further notice. Please check the school website for updates. You can make an appointment by calling or emailin us.

HCIS Admission Test Schedule & Requirement

HCIS Admission Requirements

Admission Test includes interview, English, Mathematics and/or Physics written tests.

• Admission for Year 1 to Year 3 – English and Mathematics Tests

Admission for Pre IB to IB1 – English, Mathematics and Physics Tests

• An interview between teachers and the applicant, will be conducted in English

Admission Registration

Please submit the following documents via email to admissions@hcis.edu.sg OR send to the Admin Office by the deadline. Do note that acceptance of admission registration is subjected to availability. The School reserves the right to alter the admission test schedule and deadline for registration. Please visit the school website www.hcis.edu.sg for updates.
