Thank you for considering Freshwater Christian College for you child/ren. We would love to invite you to spend time at our College to see what sets as apart as a school.

Our Open Day is held in August or personal tours are run throughout the year (via bookings) where families considering our College can get a real sense of our College, ask questions and receive our Enrolment Pack.

We highly recommend that you Book a Guided Personal Tour.

Our delightful Enrolment Officer Anita Howard is available to assist you along every step of the enrolments process; from your first enquiry through to your child’s first day at Freshwater.

Enrolment Process

Thank you for considering Freshwater Christian College for your child. Whilst at our College your child will be supported and nurtured in a caring, Christian environment.

With an increasing demand for places, particularly in Prep, it is never too early to commence our enrolment process! The process is simple and we will be available to you throughout this period to offer support and guidance. Below is a snapshot of what to expect.

Did you know that no catchment areas apply for enrolment at Freshwater Christian College. That’s right! Everyone is welcome at our College, with a personalised bus service available and a fantastic before/after school care program we offer convenience to suit all lifestyles and circumstances.

Enrolment Process

Step 1: Application

Complete for each student you are enrolling. Complete our online Enrolment Application Form

Step 2: Documentation Required

Forward to the College

• Completed form listed above
• Copy of student’s Birth Certificate and/or Passport
• Non-refundable application fee, as detailed in the current Fee Schedule
• Reports from previous school, if applicable
• Any other reports/information that is relevant to your child’s education and/or health

Step 3: Enrolment Interview

• We will contact you to arrange a convenient time
• Your interview will be with the Head of Primary or Secondary
• Following on from your time with the Head of School you will meet with the Finance Department to explain the fee structure and payment requirements.
• Once the enrolment interview has been completed, you will be advised in writing as to the outcome.
