Documents Needed for Registration

To enroll your child at IGS, we require the following documents which you can attach during the online enrollment process as pdf or jpg files. You can also hand in the documents in person to our school office or send them by post.
Documents of your child

• Copy of passport(s)
• Copy of vaccination booklet
• Copy of health certificate
• Copy of medical opinion (if applicable)
• Copy of the last two school transcripts (if applicable) [when registering with the school]
• 2 passport photograph (3 x 4 cm)
• Assessments/references

• Passport copy mother/guardian (1)
• Passport copy father/guardian (2)

Online Registration

You can conveniently register from home. Immediately after sending the Registration form you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. Of course you can also fill in the registration form together with a representative at our school office.

The following documents are required for registration:

• Registration form
• Copy of your passports (child, parents/guardians/signatory of contract) as well as copy of visa/residency (if applicable)
• Copy of birth certificate
• Passport photograph
• School reports, references from previous schools (if available)
• Medical certificate/vaccination booklet (if available)
• Application form for use of school bus (if desired)

Checking of Application Package and Trial Days in The U6 Section
Our school office is happy to support you to check your application progress.
Free trial days are agreed for registrations in the U6 Section. During this time you gain an impression of everyday life in the U6 Section.

Confirmation of Admission
After checking the documents and / or a successful trial period in the U6 Section, a confirmation of admission will be sent to you via e-mail. Once payment of the school fees and the admission fee has been made no later than 14 days after receipt of invoice, your child has a guaranteed place at our school.

School uniform, school materials
School uniforms are available at the school office. In Kindergarten, only a set of sportswear is required. Textbooks and materials for school are issued during the first week of school.
