Enrolment Process

Thank you for considering Hillcrest Christian College for your child's educational journey. We understand choosing a school can be a daunting and challenging experience and we are here to assist you during your research. You can talk to us directly by phoning or emailing our College Registrar.

Main Entry Years

Hillcrest Christian College has a limited number of intakes and we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible. The College offers Pre-Kindy to Year 12 with main enrolment intakes in the following.

• Pre-Kindy - (from 3 years of age)
• Kindy
• Prep - Our Junior Learning Community is the College's main enrolment intake.
• Year 3 - Due to our dedicated Year 3/4 Gifted & Talented class (Lumos), there are limited places which may become available.
• Year 5 - From 2021, Hillcrest offers a dedicated Middle Learning Community (MLC) from Years 5-8. There may be a very limited number of positions at Year 5 due to dedicated Year 5 and Year 6 G&T classes.
• Years 9-12 - Our Senior Learning Community has a limited positions available for students wishing to complete their educational pathway at Hillcrest. Hillcrest also offers Academic and General Excellence Scholarships.

Online Application Process

To ensure your child's enrolment you can apply by website. We aim to make the applicant process as easy as possible and have created an online guide to assist you. For any questions about the enrolment process, please contact our College Registrar, Emily Savery, by phoning or emailing.

Please note: A separate enrolment application is required for both Kindy and Prep. That means if your child has attended Hillcrest Kindy, you will still need to complete a new application form for Prep at Hillcrest.

Please contact our Hillcrest Kindy for current vacancies in either Pre-Kindy or Kindy. Please email us or talk to us on call.

Prep - Year 12 Enrolments

The College has limited vacancies in various year levels. Please contact the College by the enquiry form so we can check availability specific to your needs.
