  Submit your personal and academic details accurately and apply online

Step 3

Physical Verification

• Approach the Admission Office in AKZ building with your
  original documents for completing the admission process.
  The Admission officer will take you through the rest of the process.

Document and other fee required to process admission to undergraduate programmes

• Original General Education Diploma certificate or equivalent
• Copy of Civil ID card / Resident card or passport
• 4 recent passport-sized photographs
• Guarantee document, in case of sponsored students
• Fee for registration (OMR 50) and caution deposit(OMR 100) – OMR 150

Document and other fee required to process admission to postgraduate programmes

• Curriculum Vitae
• Original degree certificate attested by the Ministry of Higher Education, Oman
• Original degree transcripts in full
• Documents showing CGPA or marks if it is not stated in transcripts
• Work experience letters (attested by the Ministry of Manpower, Oman if issued by the company)
• No Objection Certificate from employers
• Original General Education Diploma certificate
• 3 recent passport size photographs
• Copy of civil ID card and passport
• IELTS score report/study certificate stating the medium of instruction
• Application Fee of OMR 100 (refunded if rejected)
• Copies of training courses, if any
