We are excited you have decided to explore our Family Boarding School as the next step in your academic journey. The Hill School is a place where life-changing and transformative experiences happen every day.
Only at The Hill do we aspire to be the nation’s most traditional and most innovative independent school. Our students are both challenged by liberal arts courses and encouraged to explore new interests in areas such as engineering, advanced economics, computer science, and robotics.
Hill students live and learn in an exceptionally close learning community with classmates and teachers who become their second family at a place which feels like a home away from home. In a nurturing yet rigorous environment, The Hill encourages students to leap outside their comfort zone to explore existing interests more deeply and to discover new passions. The breadth and depth of the School’s offerings ensure each student finds a place where they belong.
We invite you and your family to come for a visit and experience this community for yourself! Meeting the students and faculty will give you a sense of what has made this place so special for the last 169 years. When you visit our campus, you will get a better sense of how we feel different than most schools; we feel like “home."
