Application Process for Local Students

Find the course(s) that meet your interests and needs.

Step 1 – Enquiry

Make an enquiry or call us on 03 9663 3399.

Step 2 – Interview

Make an appointment with a member of our admissions team.

Step 3 – Online Application

Apply directly online and attach all certified copies of supporting documents and ID.

Step 4 – Recieve a Letter of Offer

Receive a Letter of Offer if you are accepted. Read the terms and conditions on the Acceptance of Offer Agreement carefully.

Step 5 – Accept the Offer

Sign and return the written agreement to the Registrar.

Step 6 – Make a Payment

Make a payment as per the Letter of Offer by:

• Bank Transfer (see below)
• Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only)
• In Person (Head Office)
• Acknowledge Education bank details
  • Please ensure your student number is listed when making a bank transfer.
  • Account name: Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd
  • Bank name: National Australia Bank (NAB)

Step 7 – Receive a Welcome Letter

Application Process for International Students

Firstly find the course(s) that meet your interests and needs. Make an enquiry to one of our Approved Education Agents in your own language or contact us directly.

Step 1 – Submit your Application Online

Check the entry requirements for the course(s) you wish to study.

Prepare certified copies of supporting documents on the Checklist (the details are shown on Online Application page) before starting the application or ask the Education Agent for assistance.

For those applying for a student visa, ensure you understand the Eligibility and Genuine Temporary Entry Requirements (GTE). You may be requested to provide further documents.

If you retain the agent, they will assist you to complete Step 2, 3, 4, and 5

Step 2 – Receive a Letter of Offer

Receive a Letter of Offer if you are accepted. Read the terms and conditions on the Acceptance of Offer Agreement carefully.

Step 5 – Receive an eCOE

Receive an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)

Step 6 – Apply for a Visa

Apply for a suitable visa to study your course(s).
