A physical examination by a physician is required of all newly enrolled students. Please use the physical Examination form after you have been accepted. It is due at the Office of Admissions on or before your child’s first day of attending classes.

Step 1: Review Our Admissions Policy

Please click here to read the Admissions Policy and review the required documents.

Step 2: Submit Online Application and Documents

Please click here to complete the online application and required documents.

Official cumulative school records should include: report cards, discipline records, and IEP/504 documents (if applicable). School records can either be mailed or emailed directly to OCSI from the current/previous school or they can be hand-delivered to OCSI in a sealed envelope (unsealed records will not be accepted). For middle and high school students, transcripts/report cards must show all courses taken and grades received for at least the last three years.

Please note, we are unable to consider your application until all documentation is received.

Step 3: Application Fees

A non-refundable application fee is required at the time of application. Payment may be made by bank transfer or by cash in person at the school office. For fees and payment info, please see “Tuition & Fees”. Your application will not be reviewed until we have received the application fee.

Step 4: Application Review

Once we have received your child’s completed application packet, it will be reviewed by the divisional principal. If it is determined your child’s application meets the admission requirements, they may be contacted to schedule an interview and assessment. The Testing Fee is required for all students (PK-12) who undergo the interview/assessment step; payment is due on or before the appointment date by bank transfer or at the cashier. Due to a variety of factors including the high volume of applicants, limited spaces, admission priorities, and English proficiency, an interview may not be granted for all applicants.

Step 5: Admission Decision

Our admissions decisions are based on a variety of factors, including admissions priorities, class size, English proficiency, special needs, and class dynamics. We will communicate with you by email regarding admissions decisions (acceptance, denial, or waitlist)
by April 15 for applications processed between January and March and within two weeks of the interview/assessment date for applications processed after April 1.

Step 6: Complete Enrollment

Once you receive notice of acceptance, please follow the instructions in the email from the Admissions team to confirm your enrollment and make appropriate payments.
