For families who have never contacted the school before, registration will be validated by the principal after contact with the family. Please contact the secretariat: secretariat@lfikyoto.org
Before enrolling at the LFIK, non-French speaking families must request an appointment with the school’s secretary (parents and child present). This meeting will determine whether or not the child can be registered at LFIK.
Prepare required documents
- Please bring the following documents in digital format: (JPG or PDF)
- To create an account on the Parents’ Area, you need
- Passport of the person in charge
- Family record book (or birth certificate AND marriage certificate)
- Optional: Divorce decree (in case of divorce, with a parental authorization letter)
To register a child
- Student’s photo
- Student’s passport
- Vaccination certificate (or health booklet)
- (except for Petite Section) Exeat issued by the last school attended (must be provided before the start of the school year)
- (except kindergarten) School report cards (previous and current year)
- Optional: Student’s health insurance (Hokensho)
- Optional: Medical certificate (in case of allergy or asthma)
- Optional: Student with special educational needs (PAI or other document)
