Application Process

Required Documents

The Ministry of Education in Kuwait requires that each of following documents are submitted to the school prior to acceptance.

• Two completed Enrollment Forms (English and Arabic)
• Completed EF 0033 form (available from the Admission's Office)
• Two recent photographs of student (passport size)
• Copy of student’s birth certificate
• Copy of student’s passport
• Copy of father’s/guardian's passport
• Copy of student’s residency and civil ID (if issued)*
• Copy of father’s residency and civil ID (if issued)*
• 3 years of previous school records (if applicable)
• Official sealed school transcript
• Any standardized testing scores (if taken)
• For Kuwaitis: Copy of father’s/guardian’s Kuwaiti nationality

Parents will be granted two months to complete the residency and civil ID processes if needed.

The Ministry of Education in Kuwait requires that each of following documents are submitted to the school after acceptance.

• Copies of student’s immunization records
• For Students transferring form another school in Kuwait:
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Clearance Certificate
  • Student’s Health File

Medical Information & Requirements

The School Health Department of Kuwait’s Ministry of Public Health requires for every student in Kuwait a complete physical examination file, and TB test. Additionally, students under five years of age are required to receive a BCG vaccination. These must be completed before your child attends school at ASK.

Only government clinics are allowed to do these screening tests.

Please arrange to take your child to the TB section of the School Health Department along with:

• One (3 x 4 cm) photograph.
• The original birth certificate.
• A copy of and the original civil I.D of the student. (if available)
• A copy of and the original immunization certificate.
• A copy of the information pages of his/ her passport.

Students transferring from different schools in Kuwait, need to:

• Fill out an ASK health file.
• Bring their TB/ BCG card and physical fitness file from their previous school.
• Bring an updated vaccination record.
