Application

All applications delivered to CIS after August will be processed in the application 2nd round(Oct 1 ~ Oct 31). Applicants will be informed of results by emails on Nov 17 Friday after CIS finished all admissions interviews. Except successful applicants, others will receive a conditional letter of acceptance and an invoice. If successful applicants do not complete the payment on Nov 27 Monday, the seats will be given to the applicants on the waiting list.

Conditional Acceptance

Anyone receives a conditional acceptance letter, they may be registered on the waiting list by completing the payment of the entrance fee. The eligibility will be for 3 terms(1 academic year). In case a vacancy does not happen during the period, the applicant may be registered in the waiting list again by completing the payment of the entrance fee.

Admission Procedure

• Fill out the Application Form and other required forms (if requested).
  • Four profile photos. Size(4cm x 4cm)
  • Applicant’s academic reports for the last three years.
  • Pay the Application Fee of ¥25,000

• On receipt of the application form, the school will process it immediately and arrange a date for an Admission Examination and interview(s) with the applicant and parent(s).
• After the examination, the applicant will be notified by mail of his/her admission status.
• If the applicant accepts the offer from Columbia International School, the correct amount of fees must be paid within one week by bank transfer to one of the following accounts.
