Start your application
Submit your online application and essay through our portal or through the Standard Application Online (SAO). If you are having difficulties logging in or need to request your login information, please contact us.
Submit your application fee
All applicants must submit a non-refundable fee upon completion of their application; All Day & Boarding Applicants - $100
Request Entrance exam
Flintridge Sacred Heart has committed to a test optional policy during the next year admission cycle. Students who are unable to submit standardized test results, or who choose not to, will not be disadvantaged in our selection process.
If you plan to submit an entrance exam, please arrange to have one of the following tests forwarded to the admissions office:
International Applicants:
Applicants for whom English is not their first language must also submit one of the following minimum scores in order to meet the English proficiency requirement for admission:
Request transcripts
Official school transcripts must be sent to us directly from schools you have attended. After you submit your application log back into your account to download the transcript release form. Your school may submit these by email at admissions@fsha.org or mail in a physical copy to our office.
Request letters of recommendation
Once your online application has been submitted, log back into your account and view My Application - Admissions Progress where you will have the option to request recommendations from your teachers in a few simple steps. Teachers will then be provided with instructions on how to complete their requested recommendations online.
Complete your admissions interview
Once the Admissions Office has received your completed application, your family will be able to request an interview time from the Interview step on your applicant checklist, found under My Application - Admissions Progress. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure that your interview can be completed by the application deadline of February 1.
